Travis Scott, Frank Ocean, and Rage Against The Machine will headline Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival‘s 2020 iteration, reports US Weekly. The Indio, California affair’s programming will once again span two consecutive weekends, beginning on April 10, 2019, and concluding on April 19, 2020.
The 2020 installment will be a return to the Empire Polo Club for Scott, Ocean, and Rage Against the Machine alike. Scott previously performed in Indio Valley in 2017; Ocean, 2012. Rage Against the Machine notably headlined Coachella’s inaugural edition in 1999. The group disbanded shortly thereafter in 2000, but continued to play select live performances in the years that followed. Rage Against the Machine’s Coachella slot would mark the end of the band’s nine-year hiatus.
Although event organizers have yet to formally confirm Scott, Ocean, and Rage Against the Machine as the 2020 headliners, Rage Against the Machine touted their impending Coachella reunion in November. 2019 Coachella headliners included Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, and Tame Impala.
